Origin Of Styx is my electronic music project founded in 2015 focusing on dark and underground styles of electronic music. In 2020 I earned my certificate from the Conservatory of Recording Arts and Sciences. Afterwards my health fell apart, and there are semi-autobiographical themes in my music of the health complications I endured. In 2024, after developing too much writer's block to work in a DAW, I invested in a studio setup and started making DAW-less electronic music. Now I am a presenter with Sonic Scout Radio looking for talent in the underground electronic music scene.
Origin of Styx:"Music saved my friend Ethan. He is Patient Zero for living in a sleep-deprived analog horror. Each track paints the struggle between his genius and the harsh noise he feels in his every nerve. Ethan's doctrine of overcoming inspires through driving beats and larger than life analog orchestrations. His music is a legal drug for others who know struggle."
